Probably the most exciting matchup of this upcoming week nine is the Pittsburgh Steelers who are hosting the Baltimore Ravens. Both teams were already matched up early in the season and the Ravens took it to them at their own stadium beating them easily. Not only is this a huge conference game but also needless to say, both teams absolutely despise each other and want nothing more that to pummel the other team into the ground. The Steelers and Ravens are both primarily defensively backed teams but have the ability to score as well. Look for this one to be an absolute dogfight with the Ravens defense again being the main factor for their win. It also doesn’t hurt that the Ravens also have Ray Rice who has been an explosive offensive factor for them. The other matchup for week 9 that I thought needed extra attention was the Green Bay Packers verse the San Diego Chargers. With the Chargers coming off of two tough losses because of the quarterback Phillip River’s lack of play, expect them to come out hungry for a win. Although the game will be hosted in San Diego, expect there to be some Green Bay fans there to because their quarterback Aaron Rodgers played college football there. I could see this being a very close game, with the Chargers having a nothing to lose attitude against the undefeated Packers. On the other hand, I believe the advantage will have to go to the cheese heads of Green Bay on this one.
